When summer begins Julia thinks it will be like any other summer. What It Is About: Julia is short, doesn't want to be short, gets cast in a play to be short, and learns that being short is a very TALL order but is ready to tackle this challenge. I just finished the book last night and look forward to sharing my thoughts with you here. I recently ordered a bunch of books online and had then shipped to my home. It was sad that I was able to only read a portion. I was able to download a sample via Net Galley and loved the beginning of the story. When I saw that she was coming out with a new novel, I was thrilled.
How I Heard About It: Holly's novel Counting by 7's is one of my favorite middle-grade stories of all time.
